What is the most troubling?

Is the fact that Supreme Court nominee, Sonia Sotomayor, has repeatedly shown she is a racist and believer in judicial activism the most troubling thing about the affair? How about the fact that she voted to deny qualified Connecticut firefighters a promotion because no minorities had qualified on the same exam? How about her attempted concealment of that act by making the decision by "judicial review" so that it could not go before a jury and thus become public? What about her statement that a Hispanic woman is more qualified to rule on cases than a white man? Is the most troubling thing the fact she exposed that she is also a liar, because lied about the firefighter case when she said there was a legal precedent for the decision she made? No, the most troubling thing about the Sotomayor fiasco is the the liberal Democrat Judiciary Committee will force her nomination and make her a lifetime member of the Supreme Court, because the minority of Republicans are powerless to stop it.
