So what has Obama accomplished during his first 100 days? He has made some glowing speeches, shook many hands, cracked that big toothy smile, conned a few more of the gullible and made a chill go up the legs of the media sycophants. To the 48% who did not vote for him, President Clueless's first 100 days has been a disaster - no results or improvements on anything: the economy, stock market, unemployment, defense, easing of international tensions with Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. The major media is portraying his short stay as a glowing success. That is not to say that Clueless has been inactive. He announced that his administration "is the beginning of a new era of responsibility and accountability," and criticized "pork barrel spending and earmarks." This was just before he signed a $3.6 trillion budget that the bureaucrats packed with 9000 earmarks. Detecting a trace of displeasure with the wild spending, he has made a show of demonstrating cuts, such as the $100 million in his various bureaucracies, that the slavish press slavered about; cutting 100 million from a $3.6 trillion budget reminds one of the large company cutting down on office supplies as a show that it is tightening its belt. He traveled to Europe, apologized to the various Socialist countries for America's position as the most powerful nation in the world, then on to South America and kissed up to a couple of the most America-hating dictators. N. Korea fired a missile after Clueless had warned them not to do so, Iran's dictator mocked him after Clueless had sucked up to the dictator. He has taken a big bite out of our country's ability to defend itself against terrorism. Oh yes, his people scared the pants off New York City by flying the Air Force One 747 at 1500 feet over the city. I understand it cost taxpayers $330,000 to make this little presidential pamphlet photo-op that they could just as well have done using Photo Shop. The Liberals and the press are lucky they are incapable of embarrassment.
