We have all heard the expression, "As G.M. goes, so goes America." Sadly, that seems to be the case for Obama America. The Obama crowd, and the autoworkers union have virtually destroyed G.M. as a free-market, successful icon of American Business. Government restrictions on emission standards and union blackmail for wages and benefits have driven the company into bankruptcy. The Obama Neo-Marxists stepped in, took control of the company, placed union members on the board of directors and will now proceed to transform G.M. into an inefficient, dependent, union-controlled hulk. This same crowd, after taking over the banking industry, coerced Chrysler to merge with foreign carmaker Fiat and forced company creditors into accepting 29 cents on the dollar for their investment. We now learn from representatives of the creditors - certainly not from the Obama lapdog press - that the Obama strong-arm boys threatened that if they refused the deal, Obama's boys would turn the White House press corps loose on them and proceed to ruin their reputations.
