The Obama nominee for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayer, has a closet-full of judicial malfeasance skeletons, but, except radio talk shows, no media outlet is examining those skeletons. The Obama-biased media can only praise the amazing nomination; almost all have use the identical verbiage in describe her "compelling" background." The lockstep media speaks of her growing up in the East Bronx slums, typically reporting what they wish to believe rather than checking facts: we now hear that during high school, she lived in a middle class neighborhood and attended private schools. Most of our media will not correct the original misconception, having already made the non-facts part of the folklore. Sotomayer, a Puerto Rican, is on record as saying, "A Latina woman would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male," a shockingly racist statement for a judge. Care to contemplate the media outrage if, during John Roberts, confirmation process, he had said, "A white male would reach a better conclusion than a Hispanic?" The Senate simply would not have confirmed him. Sotomayer's record is full of biased verdicts, attempting to give special preference to minorities, and of making law from the bench - violations of the oath of office. Her decisions have been reversed far more times than average. The final analysis: It doesn't matter. In Obama-world, fairness, justice, truth and liberty are whatever he says they are. If he wants an extreme Liberal on the Supreme Court, that is what will happen. The lapdog media will not challenge it and the Republicans don't have the numbers to contest it, and, besides, they are too afraid, knowing the media and the Democrats will call them racists, and they might lose some Mexican votes.
