It is axiomatic that you cannot borrow your way out of debt. This is particularly true when you are borrowing from your own progeny.
Why is it Democrats cannot comprehend that simple notion? Even Democrat politicians and all those Obama-adoring voters who are unconcerned about such things should be able to understand such a simple concept. The media is too star-struck to question anything Obama suggests. Writer Jonah Goldberg said, “Media people are like a gaggle of aging love-struck groupies following Jon Bon Jovi around.” News man-turned-pathetic-sycophant, Chris Matthews, said Obama made a chill go up his leg. Republicans, economists, think tanks, and economics professors have been telling the public how misguided this deficit exploding, inflation causing, extravaganza of a stimulus bill is without any effect. Like screaming at someone that his house is on fire, but he only responds with, “oh really.” I suppose we should expect much of the public to blindly accept the grotesque $790 billion dollar stimulus pork package. Forty percent of Americans pay no taxes; why should they care that Democrat bureaucrats intend to raise taxes even more and grab a record-high chunk of taxpayer dollars? I have always felt that every earner should pay at least some tax, such as a flat tax, in order to motivate all of the public to show some interest in what the bureaucrats are doing with tax revenues. The Dems would never allow such a thing; to them, an ignorant electorate is an electorate that votes Democrat.
