Minor musing: How can a recreational pastime that probably less than 1 percent of the public have any involvement with whatever, occupy an almost daily position, usually on the front page, of the Enterprise Record? Of course, I would rather see endless articles about disc golf than the sad visage of crying Palestinian children in Gaza, but, really, is anyone else sick of hearing about it? Maybe I should count my blessing and be happy that Editor David Little isn’t into spelunking, napkin folding or jewelry making. I realize that David is merely trying to remedy the inept city council’s failure to close out the issue and counter the enviro-geeks who do their enviro-geek thing and obstruct any resolution, but still….
