World class

We have witnessed some world-class liars among Democrat politicians over the years:

Bill Clinton (I never had sexual relations with …,) Al Gore (I invented the internet, and exposed love canal, and…) and one of my all-time favorites, Senator Robert Toricelli, who held that soulful, compelling press announcement that convinced us all that he had never, ever taken a bribe. A few days later, a federal court indicted him on several counts of accepting bribes. Barack Hussein Obama, however, is the most artful prevaricator to come along in years. He comes across as so earnest, he can tell the most convincing lies and, because of his messiah image and the fawning media help, he skates through. Chicago politician that he is, he is almost certainly connected to the crooked Illinois governor Blagojevich who federal agents led away in handcuffs. Obama said in a very terse press conference Tuesday that he knows nothing of the corruption and had never had any contact with the sleazy governor. The trouble is, Obama’s top advisor David Axlerod said in an interview two weeks ago that Obama had been meeting with the Illinois governor regarding possible candidates for Obama’s senate seat replacement. It seems Obama also helped the governor strategize his gubernatorial run. To top it off, Drudge Report has a picture of Obama with governor Slimeovich. Question: If Obama has no culpability in the corruption, why tell such a pointless and easily dispelled lie, and why is the Obama squad refusing to field any questions on the issue? Obama also never noticed anti-American preacher Wright’s extreme views although he listened to his hate-filled sermons for 20 years. He never knew domestic terrorists William Ayers and Bernadine Dorn even though he kicked off his political career in their living room. He never realized that convicted crook Tony Rezko was buying influence when he got Obama his home for $300,000 below market.
