Da VP

As we have learned over the years, liberal Democrats get crazy when they start to panic about losing the election and giving up the power they had so banked upon.

Perhaps VP Nominee Joe Biden is trying to lower expectations with his latest comment. Joe has a long history of making dumb public statements; he recently made the following remark that got little mention from the media but would have caused a huge stir had he been a Republican: “you need a slight Indian accent to walk into a Dunkin' Donuts or 7-11.” Actually, I thought the remark was pretty funny, but it’s not the thing a leader of our country should utter. The man, who many believe is an awfully dim bulb to be a U.S. Senator, has done it again. He got carried away with his praise of Hillary Clinton and said that she would be a better choice for VP than him; this must have prompted to Obama to suddenly agree. This is not exactly the kind of statement a winning team should be making. On the other hand, perhaps Obama and his team, who are seeing their poll numbers falling like a sack of cement now that the public is starting to learn who Obama really is, are so desperate they laying the ground work for replacing Biden with Hillary. I don’t know if there is a precedent for this, but, if the DemPols are that panic-stricken, they should go all the way and put Hillary at the top of the ticket.
